Our Founder & Product stylist, Lindsey Rose King
Lindsey Rose King is a proud Texan who grew up outside of Fort Worth. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, King brought her talents to Washington D.C. where she organized nationwide advocacy campaigns and executed large-scale political events. After forming her own political events company she set her roots down in Houston and launched a start-up subscription box company (Mostess Box). She is now the hardworking entrepreneur behind the Mostess brand.

Our brand History
King’s inspiration for the Mostess brand stems from personal experiences. She grew tired of crafting a Pinterest-worthy photo for casual events and knew that others felt the same. In 2017, the Mostess brand officially launched a box subscription service called Mostess Box.
Mostess Box captured the attention of the national and local press. Mostess was named one of the “best home decor subscription boxes” by Forbes magazine.
The COVID-19 pandemic greatly affected small businesses and Mostess Box was no exception. King pivoted the brand and leaned into what we love most - crafting elevated product images!
