WHAT IS MOSTESS?

Mostess is a lifestyle brand that curates seasonal home decor products, hosting essentials, recipes, and modern home styling tips! We are independently owned and led by an all-female team.

Our seasonally curated boxes arrive on your doorstep in our signature foil stamped box and wrapped in a delicate ribbon tied with a beautiful bow.  Our boxes can be individually purchased (single boxes) or you can automatically receive one each season through a Mostess Membership. Our boxes make beautiful gifts and are wrapped and ready to go for any celebration: bridal showers, thank you gifts, housewarming gifts, weddings, or birthdays! 

We also offer a bevy of individual home goods that you can shop to compliment your home or send as a gift.

WHAT IS INSIDE A MOSTESS BOX? 

Each box contains 6-9 hand picked and perfectly coordinated items that you can use for home decor or hosting. You can enjoy full sized items such as cocktail ingredients, stationery, tableware, linen, snacks, bar cart items and more.  In addition to fantastic products, each box includes a Mostess Booklet complete with product descriptions, social Qs, recipes, and modern entertaining tips. HOW IS IT PACKAGED?

Mostess Boxes always arrive in our luxurious signature packaging! Our boxes are 100% made in America from recycled material then wrapped in paper embossed with a  linen texture.  They are then topped off with a foil-stamped logo and hand tied with a ribbon, making a beautiful bow. Inside each box, you will find items wrapped and snuggly fit with our cream tissue, crinkle paper, and ribbons.

CAN I SEND A MOSTESS BOX AS A GIFT?

YES! Mostess Boxes make perfect gifts and each box comes wrapped in our signature packaging. During the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to include a personalized gift message that will be printed on a note and included in your box. You can send individual boxes as gifts, or (if you really like the person), a Mostess Membership!

WHERE DOES MOSTESS SHIP TO?

Currently we only ship in the United States through the FedEx Ground service. No signature required.  Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will have an additional shipping fee. Unfortunately, due to logistical issues, we do not offer shipping outside of the United States. APO addresses ship via the United States Postal Service.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES?

No. Your Mostess purchase will not have any hidden fees. Depending on the shipping address, you may be charged sales tax.   

WHEN DO THEY SHIP? 

We release and ship our boxes quarterly, or every season, and have them available for purchase until we run out of stock. Our seasons go as follows: March (Spring Box), June (Summer Box), September (Fall Box), and December (Winter Box).  If you order an individual box after we release it, you can expect it to ship within one week of your order. If you order an individual box before it is released (pre-ordered), you can expect to receive it during the month that we ship out that seasonal box. If you are signed up for a Mostess Membership, you can expect to receive a seasonal box every three months starting from your original sign up date.

IF I SIGN UP FOR A MOSTESS MEMBERSHIP, WHEN WILL I BE BILLED?

Seasonal (quarterly) Memberships are billed every 3 months from your original sign up date. Annual Memberships are billed once a year. If you have questions about your membership or would like additional information, please send us an email to hello@mostessbox.com.


CAN I PURCHASE JUST ONE BOX?

Yes, you can always order any of our boxes individually, as long we have them in stock. We call this a one-time box, or an individual purchase box . You can also send a Mostess Box as gift. You can view available single boxes in our Mostess Market.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?  

We do not accept returned items and all sales are final.  If you are not 100% satisfied with your box, send us a message!  We work individually with each customer to address their needs and come up with a solution.  Please contact us through email:hello@mostessbox.com or by leaving us a voicemail message: 832.519.8940.


WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Our cancellation policy depends upon whether you have a Membership or are purchasing a single box or item:

Memberships:

Seasonal (charged quarterly) Mostess Membership: A cancellation must be made prior to your next charge date.  We do not issue refunds for charges already made.

Annual (12 month prepay) Mostess Memberships: Annual Membership is paid annually and is non-refundable. To cancel the Annual Membership for the following year, you must do so before the one-year renewal date of your Membership.

Single Boxes and Items:

For non Membership purchases, we do not refund cancelations after the order has shipped. However, if you made a purchase in error, please contact us as soon as possible so we can try to work with you to address concerns prior to your order shipping. Please email hello@mostessbox.com to cancel.
