One of my favorite appetizers to serve with its cool outside is baked brie. Its simple to make and easy to share. This recipe uses dried cranberries, honey, and walnuts, but you could easily replace with other toppings if you choose. This dish is perfect for a family game night or football party. Enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350. Place unwrapped brie in brie baker (or small oven safe dish). Top with cranberries and walnuts. Place in center rack and bake for 20 minutes. Remove and drizzle with honey. Serve with sliced pears and crackers.
