10 Minute Caramel Sauce
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup half and half
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 5 tbsp Burnt Sugar Syrup
- pinch of salt
Combine sugar, half and half, butter, and salt in a saucepan. Heat stovetop to medium-low. Gently stir until ingredients melt together. Add Burnt Sugar Syrup and vanilla extract. Stir for 2-3 minutes. Let cool and transfer to a bowl.
